Free SSL
Hosting packages from the Business, SEO, RS categories as well as all types of VPS offered by Hostico now benefit from a free SSL certificate. The SSL certificate is provided for the entire duration of the hosting package purchase. This certificate is offered for both new orders of these hosting packages and for their renewal. The only conditions that must be met to benefit from this certificate are a minimum annual payment period for the selected service, and the certificate must be used on the ordered hosting package, specifically on Hostico's servers.
PDF Offers
In order to simplify the presentation of the available hosting packages, we have decided to also transpose them into PDF format. This way, they can be downloaded directly from the Hostico.ro website and used for presentation or comparison with other Hostico offers or those of Hostico's competitors. Each hosting package has in its description the download link for the PDF version.
.RO Undetermined
In addition to the partnership for .ro domains on an annual basis, in March Hostico also signed a contract with ROTLD for the .ro domains on an indefinite basis. As a result of this contract, the time required for registering .ro domains on an indefinite basis as well as transferring .ro domains from the annual variant to the indefinite operating variant is reduced. This new collaboration also allows for a decrease in the registration/transfer fee for .ro domains from 44.99 euros + VAT to 36.99 euros + VAT.

Resource Upgrade
To meet the growing resource demands of applications hosted on Hostico servers, it was decided to increase the physical memory allocated to shared hosting packages as well as the number of concurrent simultaneous connections at the web server level. These increases can be seen in the table below for each hosting package. Additionally, a limitation on read/write operations on the hard disk per second (IOPS) has also been introduced. This limitation is set to 1024 operations/second for all types of shared hosting packages.
