If the nameservers are set and propagated on the domain, cPanel can be accessed via a link of the form:

yourdomain.com/cpanel

cpanel.yourdomain.com

In case the nameservers have not yet been set on the domain or have not propagated, cPanel can be accessed via the account's IP address provided in the email containing the administration details in the form of:

IP/cpanel
