What does the separation of services on an invoice mean?
The separation of services on an invoice involves splitting the total amount into distinct items, thereby facilitating the management of payments for different products or services.
Separating services on an invoice means dividing the total amount of the proforma invoice into separate items. This can be useful if, for example, a single invoice covers multiple products or services that need to be paid by different companies or individuals.
When an invoice is split, the billing data of the generated proformas will be automatically set to those corresponding to the customer account. Subsequent modification of the data can be done from the Hostico client interface, following the procedure described in the article Modificare Factura.
In terms of amounts, these will be kept at the same values as in the initially generated invoice.
The complete article regarding the necessary steps for breaking down an invoice can be found on the page: Separarea serviciilor de pe o factură.
